It is a lovely, spacious apartment and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable...breakfast staples (eggs, yogurt, bread, butter, cookies), tea/coffee, toiletries, even toothpaste and extra tooth brushes. There is a big TV with many English channels. Heating is available in the living and bedrooms. A nice small patio to sit outside. There is a laundry machine to use. Owners are right next door for any questions or concerns. We contacted them using WhatsApp. The town center is a bit of a walk from the apartment but nothing too arduous. Make sure you try a Bambalouni (Tunisian donut) in town! The apartment is right up the road from the train station when coming from Tunis, or going to explore Carthage Ruins. I highly recommend staying at Olivia Guesthouse.

A recently renovated property, Chez ADAC is set in Sidi Bou Saïd near Amilcar Beach, Sidi Bou Said Beach and Corniche Beach. Spacious, well-appointed and stylish house in a quiet street of Sidi Bou Saïd. Most comfortable bed and perfect bathrooms. The kitchen was just a pleasure - all working well and the hosts had prepared breakfast in the fridge. The hosts thought of everything a traveller would appreciate. Heating ( central heating) is efficient and washing machine is provided. Parking is easy and safe. Honestly the most beautiful house I found in Tunisia during my long trip. I will certainly be back.
