The attached private bathroom (2 steps outside of the bedroom) is pristine clean and has everything you need and even more. Very convenient private parking. RECOMMENDED!!!

*** A cozy and charming retreat in Cannes *** We stayed at Cannes Villa St. Barth from June 8th to June 15th, 2023, for our anniversary trip. This beautiful Villa is located in a quiet and scenic area, just a few minutes by car from the city center and the beaches. Our room was spacious and elegant, with a comfortable king-size bed, a terrace overlooking the garden. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always ready to help us with anything we needed. The Villa offered an delicious authentic French breakfast every morning with personal choices, with a variety of freshly backed croissants, local fruits, etc. Although we didn’t use the available spa, we enjoyed the pool, and the outside sitting/bar area, where we could relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. We had a fantastic time at Villa St. Barth, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and charming retreat in Cannes. Thank you for making our anniversary trip so special! The owner of the house is incredible nice, gentle and helpful. The breakfast is very complete. Total freedom, and lots of flexibility in terms of check-in/out times and breakfast times. Really close (12-15') to the Palais, so perfect for the Film Festival. Super quiet area - ideal for going to bed early or waking up late. Room had total sound isolation with the exterior, and although the wall with the adjoining room is thin, the couple staying there was very quiet and respectful so I did not hear anything. Room is fully equipped and nicely decorated. (As is the whole house!) More than enough space in the room. Ventilation and light are good.
