MAISON CARLES BnB is located in La Colle-sur-Loup, 4 km from St Paul de Vence. The property offers self-catering suites as well as free WiFi in the rooms. Guests can enjoy a pool table and a garden. A beautiful, very well located house with spacious rooms & very comfortable beds, perfect shower with immediate hot water, great breakfast, and extraordinary host (Gregoire). A truly lovely place - don't hesitate to stay here if you are in the area. (We originally booked for 2 nights but stayed for 4 as we were having such a good time...did many miles of hiking.)

The hotel is on top of the restaurant Bistrot de La Marine and offers a fantastic view of the beach with a balcony. The weather was more than 30C every day but our room was nice and cool with the A/C. Our host, Nico, and all the staff (from the hosts to the chefs in the restaurant) were super nice and attentive. Our room was refreshed every day by the housekeeper and there was a mini fridge in the room, good Wi-fi, big TV, and a comfortable bed. The room was definitely better than we thought from the picture! There are lots of good restaurants and nightlife nearby and a nice shopping centre 30mins walk in St. Laurent du Var. The area is not central, which was even better as we avoided the crowded city centre, but still had easy transportation links to central Nice (2 stops by train) and Monaco (30mins on the same train). Other than that, you can also take a bus to St Paul du Vence or take a day trip to Cannes and Antibes, but you might be tempted to stay on the beach: enjoy the clear water and have drinks at the beach clubs or coffee and sweets in the boulangeries nearby.

The place is beautiful! All new and taken care of in all details. The pool and jacuzzi are stunning and always clean. Hosts have been very nice and we also had a nice dinner cooked by them. Absolutely recommend this place.
