Ideally set in the Taito district of Tokyo, Resol Poshtel Tokyo Asakusa is set 300 metres from Drum Museum, 500 metres from Asakusa Public Hall and 300 metres from Kappabashi-dori Shopping Street. The best value for money when staying in Tokyo for solo traveler. The location is just 3 minutes walking from Asakusa-Station Tsukuba Line which has escalators on its exit gate (not all station has elevator/ escalator for their exit) I brought 3 luggages with me and walking was easy. The pod was clean, well designed and very comfortable to sleep. The bathroom area was superb! It was very clean (I stayed in the all women floor) - had all the amenities I need during the stay. They have washing & drying machines too. The powder room was lovely, complete with tools and items girls need. The safety level was high. The staffs were super super friendly and helpful! There was luggage storage service during check-out/check-in time which was super helpful. There are Don Quijote and Rox shopping mall just 5 minutes walking. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Set in the centre of Tokyo, 400 metres from The Shoto Museum of Art, Book Tea Bed SHIBUYA offers air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. Perfect location in Shibuya, next to a 7-Eleven, Shibuya station and others shops and restaurants. It is really clean, quiet (even though you are in Shibuya) with mangas at disposition so you can read. If you want a calm place, you can go to Yoyogi Park by walking only 15 minutes !

Attractively located in the Shinjuku Ward district of Tokyo, Rembrandt Cabin Shinjuku Shin-Okubo is situated 300 metres from Meotogi Shrine, 500 metres from Koizumi Yakumo Memorial Park and 400 metres... The best stay I had in Japan! Convenient location, nice and friendly staff, super clean, all amenities provided: pajamas, towels, toiletries for face and hair, hairdryers, straighteners, etc. Loved the concept (looks like an alien spaceship) and view from the lobby 💔

Conveniently set in the Chiyoda district of Tokyo, 9h nine hours Suidobashi is located 600 metres from Japan-China Friendship Centre Art Museum, less than 1 km from Tsukudo Shrine and a 9-minute walk... It’s very well designed and functional. The team does an excellent job in keeping the premises crystal clean. This includes toilets and shower as well as the lounge and pods. Every day we get a new set of towels, pajamas, slippers and toothbrush. It’s almost overkill.

Situated in Tokyo and with Sotobori Park reachable within 1.1 km, First Cabin Ichigaya features a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. Loved staying in a capsule like space that was private yet spacious. They had amenities like coin laundry, a shared bath, slippers and skincare in the dressing areas. The pod I was in had a tv and lights you could dim so it was like a mini room. Staff were friendly and approachable!

Newly opened this summer, Hotel Owl Tokyo Nippori is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from JR or Keisei Nippori Stations. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. The internet connection is great. The beds were comfortable The staff was really friendly and nice The bathroom facilities were pretty good as well. I would very much recommend this hotel!

Situated just a 3-minute walk away from Akihabara Train Station, Akihabara Bay Hotel is a female only accommodation offering a 24-hour front desk with free WiFi access throughout the entire property. It was my first time in Asia and Tokyo, and my first time in a capsule hotel. I thought that it was tighny but I felt it very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay. The place it's very, very clean, I was amazed. The people is really nice, very respectful and helpful. The only thing that you have to consider it's the baggage, as smaller the better. I would go there again for sure.

Open from June 2016, MyCUBE by MYSTAYS Asakusa Kuramae is conveniently located a 2-minute walk from Kuramae Station on the Toei Asakusa and Oedo lines. The location is very good and the staff are all very nice. It’s safe for female solo travelers, and the property is clean and comfortable. I will choose here again next time.
