Great grand old hotel updated with comfy beds, a great location, fabulous pool with a Gatsby era feel. The grounds are beautiful, there is an ocean observation deck and trails to walk your dog. The staff is the friendliest I have encountered and helpful with your every need. I would stay here again for sure. Great breakfast.

Digby was a quaint town but had everything you needed.
Digby was a quaint town but had everything you needed. A nice stroll along the short boardwalk and a trip to the Primm Lighthouse was lovely. We checked out the ferry terminal for a possible future trip across to St John. We ate at the sports bar on the way into town and at the Dockside restaurant and both were excellent service.

Our trip was absolutely stunning we were so happy but we were most happy when we stayed in our car that was an unfortunate part. The Admiral Inn is not worth the money I paid 173 and we had a very small room it was not very clean the pipes were leaky in the bathroom and the only thing nice about it was the view. I can't say enough about the staff at the whale watch it was incredible we had a blast.

Spectacular seafood. Amazing views.
Spectacular seafood. Amazing views. You have ocean, you have vineyards, you have history and you have artisans all within a few kilometres. We ran into people from France, California, Maine and Manitoba. And Nova Scotia. An excellent location for a home base when travelling the Fundy Coast and Annapolis Valley.

Quaint town with nice boardwalk and pretty vues. Lots of restaurants with terraces. People are friendly. We went to see Primpoint Lighthouse which was spectacular and also stopped at Sandy Cove which is a nice beach. We could have done other visits but spent practically a full day in Yarmouth so we were limited. We had an excellent meal at Portside restaurant. The scallops and fried clams were excellent!!

Views were beautiful.
Views were beautiful. A lot of fishing going on during lobster season. Clean friendly place.
The crows nest restaurant was completely full so we ate at the Fundy restaurant just down the street.
Meal was delicious! Beautiful location facing the harbour. Staff very professional and friendly.
A charming home with charming hosts. We had the blue room with private bath, very spacious and convenient. The bed was huge and very comfy. Check in was smooth and Maria gave us pamphlets and information on the Digby area. We were offered tea or coffee on request at any time during the day. Chef Bob hosts and serves incredible breakfasts! His cinnamon apple crepes were divine! The location is is less than a mile from the ferry, another convenience. TV is in the communal living room and WIFI connection was stellar.
The Seawinds Motel and Cottages is located on the oceanfront of Digby just a couple of blocks away from several good restaurants. It's a great place to relax, unwind, and recharge. Before I left Digby I was able to do my laundry, wash my car, and use a self-serve doggie wash for my pooch, Sparky. If you are planning ahead, cabin #7 has a nice outside deck facing the ocean. Cheers Lynda, and Sparky (hero of Death in the Vineyard murder mysteries).
Joe and Barb were exceedingly gracious and approachable. The view from our room was exquisite! The room was equipped with a mini fridge, coffee maker and was very clean. Breakfast was served at 9 and we were served the best waffles I have ever had!! Bacon was cooked to perfection and the array of fruit was beautiful. Location is ideal. We will be recommending this to our friends. Thank you for ending our trip to Canada on a high note.
There's a verandah that looks over Digby harbour. We were reading our books there one day and the innkeeper brought out slices of homemade strawberry pie with whipped cream! That's going above and beyond. Spacious room with everything we needed. Very central: walking distance to most things. Breakfast was delicious. Very quiet, restful sleep.
Very nice room on top floor of 2 story building not connected to the Inn but closer to the water. We had a fantastic view of Digby harbour and the fishing boats. Hosts were super friendly and they served a wonderful breakfast. Facilities were in great condition and super clean. Thank you for being so personable.
We travelled with our grandson and was worried about what he would think. We all loved everything about the room, the view, the closeness to everything, how clean it was, and the breakfast. We would definitely go back to the same hotel in the future. Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable one.
We loved the Bayside Inn! Our room was clean, full of character and inviting; the hostess was so friendly and accommodating. In the morning they offered a delicious homemade breakfast of French toast with bacon, muffins, yogurt and fruit. We will definitely stay here when we are in Digby again.
The pool at the pines is just wonderful. It was warm, clean and not too crowded. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The staff were very friendly. The dining room was fully booked so I cannot comment on the food.
King suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was central for Digby and close to ferry terminal. Owners were very attentive and continental breakfast provided. Easy parking.
The room was spacious and extremely clean. There were lots of nice touches that you don't get in a hotel. The owners were very friendly and helpful with information and directions.
I loved everything about the property. The restaurant has great food. The room was exceptionally beautiful and inviting. The view was incredible. A must stay in Nova Scotia !
This inn is a homey, comfortable place to stay. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice-size room and bath. Great location for accessing locations in Digby.

Quiet location but close to facilities in Digby
The room was large and comfortable
You get to drive up to the door of the room
We were surprised when we arrived to be so close to the water's edge and the connivence of being close to the Ferry from Digby to Saint John New Brunswick
