Veronique was so very kind and helpful she made us a wonderful dinner despite it being after 9.30pm when we arrived. The manoir is a beautiful building and gorgeous gardens and settings. We were made to feel so welcome. Breakfast was simple but nice.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy the city center of Rouen. Almost everything is within walking distance, and the location is very pleasant. The highlight for me was my cozy room, which had a view of the cathedral. It was exceptionally quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep every time. The room had everything I needed, and the staff were professional and helpful.
