Thick large bath towels, but no hand towels. Spacious with table and chairs and a sliding patio door. Modern shower and toilet. Ironing and cleaning equipment provided. Owner emailed instructions to access property as we were going to arrive late, thank you.

Good parking and very clean throughout. Nice to find a kettle in the room and a supermarket next to it. Nice friendly staff. The only fault, which is the deal breaker, there is no air con or fan in the room making it totally unsuitable for motorcyclists if you get wet. Our clothes were still wet the next day. Even if we didn't get wet, it was 34+ degrees and because of no ventilation in the room we had quite a restless nights sleep. If we opened the window flies and mosquitoes would come in. Because of that single issue, I couldn't recommend this hotel.JimIreland

There was a big emphasis on being eco friendly throughout the hotel which was nice. It was no problem to bring our 2 dogs, €5 a night each. Grassy area out the front to walk them was a bonus. Didn't have any food so can't comment on that. WiFi was fast. Good value for money on the outskirts of Rouen.
