This is a complaint for Bookings and for the girl at reception.
I was traveling with my brother family and we were in total 7 people: 4 adults, 1 girl of 14 years old and 2 kids of 10 and 11.
I booked 2 triple rooms thinking that 1 kid could have slept with us because otherwise the system was asking me to book 3 rooms which was crazy.
When we arrived around midnight the girl at reception made me take a 3rd room refusing to accept that a 10 years old girl could sleep with us for 4 hours. We left the hotel at 4 AM the following day as our flight was at 6AM.
I understand everything but this approach was done intentionally to just have us pay 90 euros for an extra room for few hours. UNREASONABLE!
