It was in a lovely setting with beautiful views & was very quiet away from the main roads. Had a superb heated outdoor pool although wasn’t able to use much as had plenty of rain during our stay 😬 can’t help the weather

It's just a few minutes away from places like the town Sarlat or the village La Roque-Gageac and a bunch of chateau's, which makes this hotel a perfect home base for your holiday in the Dordogne. Even though it might be small, it still has all the facilities you expect from a bigger hotel like a bar and a pool (which we sadly couldn't try because of the bad weather during our stay). Breakfast was great, with a nice view over the valley. Also the staff is super friendly and helpfull!BBartNetherlands

Location on the river just outside the village is perfect, so peaceful. We stayed in the annex and had our own private garden area to relax. The owner makes the hotel experience superb she provides exceptional service with a smile. The second night we went out to explore and had a very nice dinner in Beynac. the area is beautiful with lots of amazing villages to visit. recommend this place to stay.

The garden and pool area is stunning. Breakfast was a feast every morning and it is so convenient to walk into la rouge gageac, go canoeing on the dordogne river or drive to nearby sites. Air conditioning in the room during the heat wave, and onsite car parking, were bonuses.
