Room was comfortable & Clean. A little diappointed as attic room with just roof velux windows with no view, but the up side was it was nice & quiet. Breakfast was optional in the bar and was great value as per normal witherspoons menu. Location great for bus into city centre. We appreciated getting a space for car in car park.

The location of this property is absolutely perfect right outside Haymarket and by tram only five minutes or so away, my girlfriend and I used this as a stop during travelling and was generally easy to find, clean and a pleasant stay
