We had a great stay at the Tailrace Inn. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. The food and drinks in the pub were very tasty. Highly recommended, we would stay here again.

Although we were expecting to get the keys from the lockbox we were actually met and it was done for us. It was cosy, compact with everything necessary, and near all facilities.

Friendly staff. Nice balcony in the upstairs bar/restaurant area with a good view. Good lasagna for supper but quite a small portion for a hungry walker!

So well equipped. Lovely inside and out. Lovely seats to enjoy the river. And amazingly compact but has everything you’d need.

It looked sombre at first but it was actually very comfortable and had all the facilities. Adequate room and place for relaxing. Handy for the coop to get supplies.

Set in an acre of beautiful grounds, Tigh na Cheo also boasts views of the surrounding Highlands. At the gateway to the West Highland Way footpath, there is a free car park and bike storage.

The cutest guesthouse in such a gorgeous village. The property was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious (I had the smoked salmon) and the host was so helpful and kind. Definitely the most romantic spot we stayed during our 2 weeks in the UK. Highly highly recommend!

It was very dirty and a shambles. In the toilets for the cabins, tiles were missing. Inside, the taps were broken and barely working. No hand towels either. The separate showers were better, but both doors into the them were broken, and one didn't shut at all. The entrance to the hotel was very untidy, and there were detritus littered all over the place. The staff were good but overwhelmed with it all. It wasn't a great advertisement for all the people from abroad walking the West Highland Way.
