Turners Hill sits in a good place with restaurants all...
Turners Hill sits in a good place with restaurants all around. Gets a lot of cyclists in summer, which some find a pain. Not far from glorious countryside, and the town of East Grinstead, which is well worth a visit. It has steam trains as well as an old church. Numerous other attractions too.

We were visiting Standen House - a National Trust property just a few miles away. It’s an Arts and Crafts house by architect Philip Webb and famous designer William Morris. This is well worth the trip.. Can’t say much about Turners Hill - but it looked quite lovely

The gardens are lovely and it's so nice to be able to have a short walk around before leaving. Even though the hotel was fully booked and very busy, the hotel staff made sure that we were sorted out with toothpaste and a plug to charge my mobile.
