Villa Maria, was well located, easy to find (with satnav) and the owner met us at the time that was convenient for us. Maria was very welcoming and explained everything well. We travelled with 2 kids 7year old and 4 year old and the apartment was very spacious with more beds than we needed and clean. Kitchen was well equipped as well. The pool was on site, very clean and lovely, one for us to use - no one else was using it. lovely deck chairs provided. The beach is nearby only a short walk through a field and a private entrance.

Location was perfect. It is a very comfortable two-floor villa which like home and, 5 minutes' walk to the sea. The wooden tables and chairs, barbecue and other amenities in the backyard were really nice.

The villa itself and the large patio garden with an outdoor shower was amazing, I felt like I was staying at my grandma's <3 I especially appreciate the cleanliness of the home on our arrival – I can imagine how much time it takes to clean the huge home and all the furnishings, but it was really so clean everywhere! Even on the frames of the numerous pictures on the walls there was no sign of dust!
Next point, surely a matter of taste, but I really loved the antique touch of the home – it felt a bit like a museum at first: with very real-looking pages from La mode Illustrée dating back to 1870s, vintage accessories in a display shelf behind glass, a funny telephone like my great-grandma had and so on.
Each room had an air conditioner which is surely a blessing in summer, but we also appreciated it in November to warm up the large reception room. In the kitchen, there was everything you need and even more, also Maria and Anna made sure that the basics were there: tea, coffee, salt/pepper and olive oil. Finally, can't leave unnoticed the warmheartedness of Maria and Anna, amazing hosts, always there at the guests' disposal and super friendly and attentive! Thank you for our little escape from dark November and the pre-Christmas stress!

Very cute town, very peaceful and nice :) We recommend restaurant Godiva and Vitaly :) The best! :) and we dont recommend the expensive one on the main square - Isole Pesce or something like that, the service was horrible, took forever and they broke something every few minutes, also the food didnt have much taste at all, for that price it was bad :) For around the same price you get an amazing food in Godiva and a very good trained service :)

Isola is a beautiful little town.
Isola is a beautiful little town. The narrow streets are very charming and lovely. Compared to Palermo and Catania, there were much less tourists (we were here in spring) and it was clean, so it was much more cozy and relaxing. The food in the restaurants were delicious and the rocky beach was fabulous. The mountain range behind the town makes an amazing sight from everywhere in the town. There is a fish market every morning in the harbour, well worth a visit, you can see some very interesting sea creatures.

I think that this community is a bit undiscovered at the moment... it is close to the airport, close to Palermo and has everything that you might need. I did not encounter any homeless, panhandlers, hustlers or unsavory residents. Your folks at businesses here may not speak English as much as those in the larger cities like Palermo.

the host was very friendly and gave perfectly clear instructions. the place was beautifully furnished and very cosy with a small kitchen to make you feel really like staying in a home. we enjoyed the small village of isola delle femmine with its warmhearted volks, the beautiful seaside and all the small businesses that offer so many delicious treats.
it was hard to return home after this impressive holiday.
Fantastic host: Salvatore was there to greet us the moment we arrived, was available throughout for questions concerns etc
Facilities: clean, functional, everything we needed for a week stay plus fresh linens after three days
Location: Isola delle Femmine was a great hub easy to access the western part of sicily and very close to the airport as well as Palermo without the hustle and bustle.
Excellent spot to stay for a night in Isola delle Femmine. Host was responsive, helpful, and patient even though we don’t speak a word of Italian. Room was new, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was just what we needed to start the day, a delicious coffee and a choice from a great selection of breads and pastries. Location was excellent.
Proximity to the beach of Isola delle Femmine. Next to bars and nightlife, but still in a quiet street. Huge terrace, equipped with chairs, clothes rack etc. Easy check-in and check-out. Kitchen is equipped and the bathroom too. The airco in the living room easily cools down the entire house, if the doors stay open.
The location was great. Beachfront hotel with a number of different restaurants, bars or cafes nearby. The room service staff were friendly and helpful. Room size was good and water pressure in shower was top! Shout out to the young woman who helped us book our airport taxi!
Really friendly and helpful hosts. Apartment is big and comfortable with private parking behind the locking gate. You can see from balcony sea and mountains but the apartment is located on post industrial quiet area. 5 minutes by a car to city center Isola delle Femmine.
Stylish Italian villa on good position between beach, Isola delle Femmine city center and supermarket and train station. Yo can choose from several terraces around the house with different views.
Nice, clean and modern accomodation near the piazza de Isola delle Femmine within walking distance to the beach. Rosaria was very nice and has a lovely pizzeria in the piazza. Delicious!
David is so kind. He helped me a lot during my stay. The place is perfect to explore this magnificent town Isola Delle Femmine in Sicily. I recommend 100% da Cappellini
