Nice location, very close to the JR station and the morning fish market. Rooms are pretty spacious comparing to other business hotels. Easy check in/check out.

Breakfast was good quality with variety of choices (but I also stayed at the other hotel for comparison which I found a better breakfast place). The location is probably the best in this area. Plenty of parking spaces besides the hotel building.
