Amazing location, so easy to get to Shin-Osaka Station and Osaka/Umeda station. The hotel is part of a shopping center right across from Esaka station. The lobby and the provided amenities like toner etc. were nice. They are an eco-friendly hotel and won't clean the room unless you put the provided notice on your door.

The staff is doing their best to help you in any possible way, so polite and helpful ! Everything spotless clean. Hotel has a laundry room that we could use - you pay by coins. Close to the train station, small shops, and several good restaurants (opposite to the train station, one level higher - is not so easy to find, but you can eat there cheaply).

If you are staying in Osaka and loves to shop around Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, this is the perfect Accomodation for you. With just a few steps you are already at Dotonbori. This is my third time in Osaka and it is by far the best accomodation I have booked. I previously stayed in AirBnB properties and I always thought they are cheaper. But I was mistaken Sotetsu is actually cheaper than Air BnB. We stayed there for 6 nights and because of its proximity, we spent a lot of time getting around unlike before, you need to walk a lot to get to Dotonbori. 7/11 is near so you can buy your breakfast there. There's a drugstore right in front accrosss the street. The chocolates and noodles there are cheaper than Don Quixote. Skip the buffet breakfast. We didnt like the breakfast menu and the ones tgat are served are not that great.
