We had a night at Carvan Serai as a stop in Marrakech. We loved it so much we spent a second night. It is like an oasis on the edge of Marrakech. The rooms are beautiful and every nook and cranny delivers a visual joy. The food and wine were top notch and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. After our motorcycle rental fell through they even helped us hire a car. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thank you Caravan Serai.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming, they went above and beyond for us. The hotel is beautiful, the pools, scenery and restaurants are amazing. The nicest hotel I have ever stayed in! Taxis are parked and ready to go from outside the hotel and will arrange to bring you back to the hotel later that night which made us feel safe. Brilliant hotel.

First of all I’m from UNITED STSTES NOT MOROCCO AS MENTIONED! Disappointed about the value of money and some staff behaviors. I paid over average and then I thought breakfast was included. To my surprise, they stopped me and when I asked to double check, they said it’s not!
