This is a modern hotel with large, comfortable, clean rooms. The room had a small fridge; there was no coffee maker in the room.
It was an easy 15 minute walk from the airport to the hotel, but they offer a free airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes.
All staff were friendly and helpful. Vanessa was kind enough to check me in a little early - much appreciated. She explained dinner options and how to reach downtown via the metro.
I'm sorry I have forgotten the name of the gentleman (it started with 'M') who was at the front desk and drove the shuttle. He was friendly, helpful, efficient.
Servers at the restaurant were also very helpful
The Verdes Metro stop is an easy 5 minute walk away, from which the metro can be taken to get downtown in about 30 minutes.
There are only a few restaurants within walking distance, but I ate at a gem (Tomar de Sal) that was about a 10 minute walk away.
Located in the city of Maia, this hotel offers soundproofed rooms with full private bathrooms and 24-hour room service. Drinks are available in the cosy lobby bar with skylight.

This hotel is close to the airport, and it's exactly what you expect of these types of hotels.
Limited bar and limited food (when we arrived we could only order online deliveries to the hotel) and bar was closing 11pm.
Shower and beds were spacious, clean and comfy which is what you need for one night sleep before continuing your journey.

The staff was very helpful, nice, super friendly and always approachable.
We arrived a bit early and went for a walk, when we returned they already put our luggage in the room.
They provided us breakfast at 3am (early flight) and shuttle to the airport at 4am.
It's a shame we only had one short night there as we loved it.
Thanks for this perfect stay!

Sadly, this was my second stay at this hotel and it was not nearly as good as the first time I was disappointed that there was no soap by the sink in the bathroom nor did the soap dispenser work that was in the shower. My friend stayed in a separate room and had no hot water. When I called the front desk, they did bring me two small bottles of liquid shower gel. Also, the phone by the bed had a flashing red light throughout the entire stay. We called about it, they told us "how to fix it," but it didn't work. When we checked in, I felt that they made us wait far longer than necessary for a room to be available.
On the good side, the pizza in the bar was good and they have a great breakfast for 10 euros. Also, the airpost shuttle was good.
I'd like to stay here again, but I will be checking out other nearby hotels. Also, we paid for two nights, but left at 5:30pm on the second night and they should have treated us better.

We liked the openness of the hotel and its grounds.
We liked the openness of the hotel and its grounds. It is intended for passengers arriving or departing from Porto Airport, which is why we stayed there, and it is walking distance from the airport (100 metres). It is clean and comfortable and the staff were fun and helpful. The room was comfortable and airy, with big window opening onto the open area at rear of hotel. Adjacent car parking available. Continental breakfast was excellent.

Value for money was poor.
Value for money was poor.
Room had no chair but a wooden bench- not good for my back.
Poor lighting- couldn’t read in it
No instructions to work the heating etc
Rationing of heating by reception
No one answers phone when you require room service
Staff rude when dealing with customers
Training staff without asking for customer permission so lost the 15mins free drop off as family couldn’t help me upstairs with luggage!
Excellent acommodation. Our room was clean, we had a very good private bathroom, AC with heating and cooling, windows have excellent blinds so the bedroom gets properly dark, wifi worked great and self checkin + general mobility was great as the property and the bedroom had electronic password locks. I can only recommed ! Maia is about 30min from the center of Porto, but a great area and super close to the airport.
Hotel 5 min walking to the airport, perfect to spend a night after a long or late flight.
Very familiar and kind staff, you feel at home since you enter the door.
Rooms are super clean and confortable.
I really enjoyed the Breakfast, they put care in every single detail. The handmade cake of the house was delicious.
I definetely recommend it.
Extremely helpful staff, even had a luggage scale! Everyone in good spirits and everyone went so far out of their way to care for us. Airport shuttle available all hours. Room very comfortable with exceptional shower. Food in restaurant delicious and good variety also well priced. The best airport hotel stay I've ever had!
The facilities were immaculate and the staff cordial and helpful. The room, while spotless, was spartan in amenities, There was only one glass, one plastic chair to sit in, and no coffee pot as found in most hotels. The location was excellent for proximity to the airport.
Booked hotel as the flight was arriving very late and it was great, very close to airport and made for comfortable sleeping. Emilio was very helpful and went above and beyond to meet some other additional requests we had. Very satisfied and will definitely come back!
The staff of the hotel was very nice and friendly! The lady who picked us up from the airport was just amazing and caring, offering us help and provided with so much helpful information!
Clean and warm rooms and comfy beds, it is a pity I only stayed one night!
The hotel is very close to the airport, I walked to the property. The guy who attended me was super kind and gave me all the help I needed (I'm a person with a disability and traveled alone).
The room was spacious, very clean, the bathroom was good too.
We stayed at this hotel prior to an early flight the next morning. It’s a 5 minute walk to the airport, so it worked well. it’s clean and had everything we needed for one night. The bed was comfortable enough. The person who checked us in was nice.
Personnel eas both at the reception and restaurant extremely helpful and smiley.
The location was perfect. Metro stop Forum Maia is very close to the hotel, area is located near a park and only 15 minutes to the airport.
The Hotel is mainly a Business Hotel for Maia situated centrally near Forum Maia Metro station. Breakfast is good and the staff are excellent. There is a good, if expensive Steakhouse of Maia nearby,
Hotel is within reasonable walking distance from airport. Staff are friendly and helpful. Modern, spacious rooms. Good food in restaurant. Luggage storage available.
Hotel puma is very close to the airport and have a parking space if you need it. The staff was super helpful and nice.
