Our family room was very large, the beds were very comfortable. They even provided a baby bottle warm for my little one which I thought was very thoughtful of them. But the sense of privacy and a great comfort and convince level is the best. The apartment is a separate building from the house which wasn't clear for me from the beginning. Parking right outside is also great.
