The rooms were dirty, they changed my room once and there were a lot of ants in both rooms. They dont give out free toiletries - as it says on booking. Some of the staff are quite nice, but the other shift are just plainly rude. They dont clean room if you dont ask them to, theres no way to do that - only if you go to the reception. Sometimes they give you wifi for free, sometimes they tell you to pay for it - depending on the week. At most these apartments are 2 stars.

Hotel Rooms are clean and spacious, I was fortunate to have gotten a nice view of the Union Mall just opposite the hotel. Hotel had included welcome drinks too for the guests, which I really appreciate and the drinks could be selected from a menu list which is great.
Restaurant @ Level 6 where the welcome drinks are served are spacious and comfortable to chill in. There is also a huge fitness gym at Level 6.
7-11 Convenience store is located just below the hotel. Union Mall is just opposite the Hotel, with Central Ladprao within short walking distance.
