The room was comfortable and functional. Staff members are very well trained: courteous and attentive to details (thank you team cleaning!). Unlike hotels in area Lac1, It's close to where Tunisians actually live. You'll see the smoked filled café, men watching soccer, while also having access to some really nice restaurants. by coincidence we travelled during Ramadan and booked room with half board. The iftar meal was the highlight of our visit to Tunisia. Excellent excellent choice of items on buffet, very friendly staff in the dining hall and the cook had the biggest smile in all of Tunisia, lovely reception staff (well versed in english, arabic and french).
