The apartment is exactly as it appears on photos, equipped with everything you might need, and spacious. The host Karim was very friendly, replied quickly to all questions, checked on us to make sure everything is fine. Wi-fi was very good. The location in Le Kram neighborhood is a bit specific - this is a residential area, so you are definitely not in walking distance to the places of interest, but the bus and train connections to Carthage, Sidi Bou Said and Tunis are good (if not super frequent), making this a good base to explore. Both bus and train station are about 10 minutes from the apartment. There is a supermarket and a bakery a few minutes away. If you have a car, there is plenty room to park. Apartment is on the fourth and last floor, so it has a large terrace where you can enjoy your tea/coffee (provided in the kitchen).

The room was comfortable and functional. Staff members are very well trained: courteous and attentive to details (thank you team cleaning!). Poor quality facilities at a cheap price. The best I can say is it was clean and had a nice pool but I didn’t go there to spend time at the pool. Expect very limited choices for eating meals there with the same choices every day. You must speak French or Arabic if you want to communicate well with the staff as their English is poor and limited. There are no exercise facilities outside of the pool. There’s no access to the beach immediately behind the hotel from the hotel.
