The property has no pool such as pictured. It is dark green with garbage floating inside The hot water also does not work. The staff are friendly but totally useless - they couldn't help with hot water in the morning or contacting management for a refund. No one is available at the front desk before about 09:30, so forget a morning shower. The location would be nice if not for all these issues, though it is a bit noisy as the guests tend to be the exuberant kind until the late hours - it can happen anywhere.

I have loved visiting Dalyan for many years and never tire of it. The river setting is wonderful with lovely views on every twist and turn of the river. The boat journey to the beach is beautiful and very relaxing and the beach itself is unspoilt by ugly high rise hotels as it’s a conservation area. The tombs and the easy access over to the ancient ruins of Kaunos is another factor that draws us back. We also love going up to lake Koyegiz in the other direction.
There’s a good selection of restaurants and plenty of bars without it feeling too much. There’s also a great choice of trips that you can go on with local tour operators giving you the perfect mix of stunning scenery, unspoilt beaches, ancient history and culture, riverboats and nature as well as friendly, welcoming restaurants.

Absolutely stunningly beautiful Dalyan on the river.
Absolutely stunningly beautiful Dalyan on the river. There's something very spiritual about walking along the riverside path, especially at night when the rock tombs are lit up. Such a peaceful place. So glad it's a protected area, so there's no high rise blocks anywhere. The beautiful beach is protected also, and the journey there by riverboat is breathtaking. So many great restaurants to choose from - we were never disappointed. Lime restaurant stands out as one of the best. Dalyan is one of my favourite places, to which I'm hoping to return to many times.

It’s such a friendly town , the bars , restaurants, hotels , accommodations , the boat people. Dalyan is one of the nicest places I’ve ever visited, there is so much to do here . Loved getting the water taxi to Iztuzu Plaji ( ₺140 Turtle beach - English Beach ) , and on another day, the bus (₺65) to the other end of the beach ( Turkish Beach ) a lot less crowded . The English beach gets stampeded by the boats from Marmaris, around lunchtime so it’s best to visit in the mornings , what some do is get the boat to English beach and walk the 6km to the Turkish beach and catch the bus back . Sun beds are cheap at ₺50 (£1.50). There are plenty of different boat trips to choose from , you can also hire a private boat ( which I did with friends- amazing day (£250) 10am until 5pm . . Also you can do jeep safari’s , which take you to the difficult to reach places . One thing you must do is go to the top of Radar Hill , for a breathtaking view over Dalyan , Dalyan Delta , Sulungur Golu ( Lake) the mountains and the Mediterranean. Drove my car most of the way up , then walked the rest of the way , as the track was impassable in an ordinary vehicle . But if your not a walker , then this is part of one of the Jeep Safari’s. You can catch the ferry ( ₺10) over to the other side of the river , and walk up to Kaunos ruins , well worth the 2km walk , and on your way back walk towards the rock tombs , and catch the rowing boat (₺15) back across the river . My favourite place to eat was Natural Paradise Restaurant ( Doğan and his brothers will look after you , and the food is great ) and my favourite bar The Corner Bar ₺80 for a pint of beer , with two big screens to watch sports . There’s plenty to do to keep you occupied for 2 weeks for sure . And the season goes on until the end of October.

Dalyan is busier than I thought it would be with many, many bars and restaurants. Going in September meant an older customer base and we didn't see any bad behaviour !! A good base to do sightseeing.

Dalyan is a lovely small town, which is not over devloped as a tourist attraction. The facilities are great with an abundance of bars, restaurants, clothes shops and gift shops.
The town is nestled at the foot of the cliff bearing the famous carved rock tombs.
The town has a nice little park with a wooden decked pier at the water's edge, which is great for photo shots of the tombs. If you are lucky, you might see an open-air wedding ceremony on the pier with the bride and groom taking their vows against the backdrop of the tombs. If you do not witness a wedding, then you will most likely see a bride and groom posing on the pier for their wedding photo shots.
Apart from that, you might enjoy the turtle beach, the turtle hospital, boat trips to the sea and the lake, mud baths, hot springs, fishing, diving, microlight aircraft flights, jeep safaries, partying until 2 am etc. etc. etc.

The all day boat trips are great and very good value, the BBQ is excellent.
The moonlight trip is especially good. The Roman city is a must and the little cafe by the river is good too. The walk is not too far , also the graveyard on route is worth a walk round.
Taxi's are cheap and we found all the eating places very good.
Nice quiet location yet only a few minutes to nearby restaurants and bars in centre. Pool area and sun loungers were very nice. Nice colourful plants around.
Breakfast was good but a bit limited. They did ask later if it was ok and we suggested good yogurt and granola and more fruit, which were available next day, so well done on that.
The hotel is small which we like and neat and tidy, ( we had a look at the other hotels on our shortlist just to compare, and we certainly made the right choice by a long way )
We, a family of three including a 15 y.o., had a fabulous week at the B&B Boutique hotel, our suite (two bedrooms, one bathroom) was perfect for our needs, spotlessly clean and really comfortable. The breakfast each day was delicious and the pool area was perfect to relax around when we weren't out and about. The staff were absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough the help. The way they delivered service was with such care and authenticity. We hope to return and stay again one day. with
Beautiful, quiet location and right on the river. The deck and the garden are excellent places to chill out, swim, or read a book. The extensive and tasty Turkish breakfast buffet is served at the same riverfront, if you’re lucky you can spot a happy looking Caretta sticking its head out of the water every now and then. Very friendly and attentive owners and staff. Rooms are on the small side but well equipped and fit for purpose. Would be very happy to return one day to this lovely place.
A great location, close to the river and to the town centre but lovely and peaceful. The hotel has an amazing terrace which offers beautiful views of the river and tombs in the cliffs. Perfect for a beer at sunset. it’s also where breakfast is served. There is a small but lovely pool at the front of the hotel which is perfect for cooling off in after enjoying the great weather.
Lovely little hotel in the centre and stones throw from the river. Roof terrace for breakfast with views of the river and Rick tombs. No complaints for the price paid, apart from the pillows which were a bit hard. The shower was super powerful and there was always hot water. Murat and Volkan were both lovely and very helpful. Will return.
I didn't read the booking confirmation properly and didn't realise they wouldn't accept card payment for the booking. Neither did they except Turkish Lira which meant I had to go to an ATM and was charged £10 for withdrawing the Euros that they wanted. Just a small inconvenience but the hotel is great value for money.
The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and thoroughly cleaned every two days. Fantastic huge swimming pool which we enjoyed immensely, but no shallow end which would be desirable if you were bringing children or you were a weak swimmer. Great spacious shower. Lovely, quiet location and helpful staff.
There was my first trip to Dalyan, I was there in the off-season during January for a few nights.
Very nice location, there was a nice room with a small balcony and comfortable bed.
Close to the hotel, you can find a lot of restaurants and regular food shops and ancient sites.
We had a wonderful stay in Safak, perfect location in the center of Dalyan, the rooms were cozy and clean, the staff was very friendly and consistently making sure we were comfortable, and the atmosphere and service were great. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
Very nice location, 10 minutes walking to the main restaurant area.
Very nice garden and view.
It is also very nice you can get the shared boat (public dolmuş) to go to Turtles beach directly from the hotel. The host will arrange it and we didn't pay any extras.
everything is so great! The host family is the greatest! we felt ourselves like at home or even better.
rooms are so clean, breakfast is great, the best olives and cheese.
right in the center of the city but very calm and away from tourist noise
Lovely quiet location in a residential neighbourhood but within walking distance of the centre of town.
The pool was very clean and inviting.
The staff were very friendly and obliging.
Tasty breakfasts to set you up for the day.
A cosy complex of apartments on outskirts of Dalyan run by a very caring family which is extended to all their guests. We ate there on a couple of occasions and we found the food good and very reasonably priced.
Staff were very professional polite and courteous, never in your face but always in the background to help or serve. And only a 10 minute stroll in to the centre and the breakfast was more than enough.
Staff really friendly, so close to the centre of Dalyan. A small hotel, perfect to relax in, pool was beautiful and just the perfect temperature. Breakfast delicious and different every day
Very nice small hotel, close to the Dalyan river. Staff is very nice and polite. Rooms are simple, but for 2 nights it was ok.
Perfect clean pool. Beautiful garden
