Fantastic hotel, the design is futuristic yet cosy and beautiful, the kids were absolutely amazed. You get a feeling on living on a ship, especially with a Captain's Cabin, the bunk beds looked like small boats, and the window overlooked the pools oasis.
Great place to stay and very close to the airport.
Great place to stay and very close to the airport. The accommodation was clean, simple, quiet and provided a sense of relaxation. The staff was very friendly and quick to help answer all of my questions, which made me feel very comfortable.
This Akzent Hotel was very small compared to many hotels near airports. It blends in with the small village it's in, so that we had the feeling we were still on vacation. There is also a very good Italian restaurant a few paces away which gave us a much needed, good last meal. In addition, there is a public bus line directly to the airport which we took rather than pay for the shuttle. The bus stop was only a minute away.
My family stayed overnight at the hotel which is near the Munich airport in readiness for our early AM flight. The booking and check in process were smooth and straightforward. The hotel room was clean and had the necessary amenities for a hotel stay. We did not have the breakfast as our flight was too early, but overall a pleasant experience and we would consider staying again in the future.
Excellent new hotel, right next to the airport. Ideal if you come with a rental car. Very good Italian restaurant next door. Very good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel even has luggage trolleys. So, you can load your heavy luggage from the car onto a trolley, take it to the lift, and roll all they way directly to your room. Very convenient.
This was a nice hotel close to the airport. Our flight was delayed, and we didn't reach the hotel until almost midnight. I had contacted the staff and they sent directions on how to access our room since the lobby was closed. It was a large room, very clean, and comfortable. We would have enjoyed staying more than one night.
The reception was very warm and welcoming, although we arrived late at night. We're happy with the spacious family room, comfortable beds and a much needed hot shower. The hotel helped us with taxi arrangement for our onward flight the next morning. Breakfast buffet was nice as well. Thank you Mercure.
The hotel was in a quiet location in a country setting in contrast to being in a town or at the airport.
There was a nice Italian restaurant next to the hotel and I could pay the restaurant bill at the hotel.
There's a bus stop near to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Our job was cancelled and the hotel was so nice not to charge us, even it was only 2 weeks after the planned overnight stay I talked to the hotel about sending me the invoice. I didn't even ask for it. That was outstanding customer service!
All staff are super friendly and sincerely try to be helpful and accommodating.
The breakfast is excellent (as hotels breakfasts go).
I feel really bad for the staff workers who try their best in what is obviously a bad situation.
A big, airy and quiet room in a fairly newish hotel in a smaller village in good communiting distance to both airport and munich messen. Good breakfast and freindly helpful staff with good english.
Great and close location for a late arrival from the Munchen Airport. Staff greeted me well and the breakfast in the morning was nice! I loved hearing the vhurch bells at night.
