The selection available for breakfast was good.
The pool, sauna etc were mediocre at best. very small and lost of used plasters scattered around. Could have done with a clean.
The lifts were slow as one was out of action.
The room itself was OK, nothing too special, very much a bang average, middle of the road offering.

The staff were amazing. They couldn’t do enough for us from the moment we walked through the door (which was four hours before check in). They took our bags in straight away so that we could look around unhindered and gave us ice creams as it was a hot day. Room was designed lovely to suit the size of the room. Breakfast was amazing and timings still allowed a slow morning. Staff was very friendly and advisable. Great location

Its location was handy to go into town and also down to the 3Arena was walking distance so didn’t have to wait for the luas could just walk back after the concert finished, very close to a luas stop too
