From checking to check out was problem with more problems. Only one key for room and arriving late night tired from a long trip the key of our room was not working. After the manager was contacted and a helper and 30 minutes later we were able to walk in the room. Found the bathroom door with one top item out from the door frame and almost falling down, also dirty shower and one towel was left with previous dirt. Mold in the shower area. One pillow smelled from a lady parfume. We mentioned everything at the front desk and the only words were sorry for that. Also rude lady at the checkout.
