The location is close to the airport and lots of eateries nearby, also near our car rental office where we dropped the hired car so it was very convenient. There is a big mall right next to the hotel but we did not have time to visit. Room was big and comfortable.

Chitose is just a small little place to spend a night or two for international connecting flights &/ domestic flights . It is a pleasant little place to get away from the hustle & bustle of the city!

Chitose was just a stopover for us to get from Niseko back to our country. The airport has more than enough entertainment to occupy us. It gave us a chance to do some last minute souvenir shopping and also buy bento boxes to eat on the plane.

The only reason we stayed in Chitose was to take the bus up to Lake Shikotsuko. We didn't do any hiking, so a half day was plenty for this part. There aren't many dining options in Chitose if you are on foot (we traveled by train), and very little in the way of other attractions in town. It seems to be mainly a convenient place to stay after you fly in from the nearby airport.

It is inconvenient to check in, the heating is not warm enough, it is difficult for us to fall asleep at night. There is no restaurant nearby, and the transportation is inconvenient. I will not make a reservation next time.

We had to travel to Chitose as we needed to fly out from New Chitose Airport. Nonetheless, we decided to stay here for 2 days to visit Lake Shikotsu & the airport for it offers many attractions. We really enjoyed the lake (very scenic!) and the airport - Royce Choc Factory, Doraemon Waku Waku Skypark etc. We got around Chitose in a rental car and the free shuttle the hotel provided. There were also plenty of souvenirs available at the airport for some last minute shopping.

Very close to airport, as well as several ski stations. it is cheaper than Sapporo city, and even if it does not have as many restaurants and places to visit as a big city may have, there are plenty of restaurants, parks and duty free malls and is very quiet place.
Queen’s Hotel is conveniently located 5 min walk from Chitose train station, 2 stops from the airport. We arrived late and left early the next day but it was no problem for check in and check out. We really appreciated the onsen. There is a free shuttle to the airport (not the other way around) at 6.25, 7.05, 7.45, 8.25 and 9.05. You have to book the day before at the reception. We booked the 7.05 and went down for check out at 7.00, our driver was already waiting for us and took us to the airport in 10 min.
Great breakfast. Great onsen. Main reason for us to book this hotel was the available free shuttle service to New Chitose airport, and that was very good and on time.
And the staff was very friendly and helpful.
This was surprisingly happen to be the most satisfying hotel experience during our entire trip in Japan!
Price, location and staff always smiling and friendly. Room is clean, good WiFi, has refrigerator, safebox, hairdryer, everything you need for your stay, even a pyjama. Location is next to 7-11 so you can buy anything. Walking distance to Chitose Station is about 15 mins where you can get a train to the airport.
The accommodation was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the living room was a nice gathering space. It was an easy, direct walk from the station, so it was easy to get to the airport and to Chitose. There are good road connections and looked like there was ample parking.
Airport shuttle service is provided by the hotel but only up to 11 am. There are pick ups from the airport to the hotel at designated timings.
Public bath is available though it is a little small.
Lobby has a place for refreshments for guests. :)
It was just a sleepover before an early flight but wow, for the cost we paid, the value is exceptional. Very clean and modern and the train at the doorstep, two stops from the airport. We also took the train to Sapporo to have a look around there.
Very close to new chitose airport. Rooms are spacious & clean. Delicious restaurants on site. There is 24 hour convenient store in the hotel. Noted coin operated Laundry right opposite the lobby.
Plenty of complimentary parkings around the hotel.
Convenient location - not too far from Chitose airport. The hotel provides a shuttle to the airport. You need to get to the hotel yourself. I got a taxi there and the shuttle back. The room was small but adequate. The breakfast was ok.
Centrally located and accessible from train and bus from airport within 15 min. Has convenient buffet restaurant for breakfast. Room was spacious. On site onsen. Near lots of restaurants including good ramen shop across the street.
Very nice hotel, 20 minutes by bus from the airport. Hotel was clean and the room was comfortable for us as family of four. Nice staff , very helpful. There is free coffe in the lobby which was very nice.
Room had comfortable size beds, good shower, humidifier and buffet breakfast included. Access to the airport onsen was a bonus after a long flight to Sapporo. Bathroom amenities was complete.
The room is clean and staff is nice. Is good value for a one night stay before going to the airport. Free shuttle bus to airport is available, 20mins drive to airport.
+ Location
+ Clean and bright bathroom
+ Free shuttle car from hotel to airport (only takes 10 minutes, really save you for morning flight and big luggages)
