Everything was just perfect! The rooms very clean, beds very comfortable, food excellent, the free shuttle is a plus but the day we went to the outlet the bus didn't pick up passengers, so we have to pay a taxi.

I only stayed 10hrs (overnight) but had the impression that I should return one day and explore the area as it is spacious and the hotel I stayed at was awesome! It looked quite rural in parts and original housing so was quite a treat to bus through on way to the airport. I would love to list what they offer but at this stage I don't know. One day I will ! It seems to offer huge potential for overseas travellers or city to country travellers. I think I've missed out on a lot this time.

Narita is a charming and friendly little city. We didn't have time to explore everything about it. Known for its temples there is every opportunity for good photos. Loads of places and choices to eat.

We needed a place to stay near the airport as we had an early flight so chose two nights here. We actually got t the airport from Tokyo then used the hotel shuttle bus to go to the hotel which saved us the hassle of figuring out trains/buses. We used the shuttle the following day to go to the mall for last minute shopping. Then again the next day early to get us to the airport. The hotel staff were very welcoming and room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. Would like to have been there longer to explore local sights.

I live and work in Japan.
I live and work in Japan. I usually discourage people from flying into Narita, as its location is very inconvenient. One can usually save 1 hour travel time by flying into Haneda airport instead.
That being said, some flight connections or airlines only work via Narita, and it is a very nice and clean airport with good shops.
And if you have a connecting flight to somewhere else in Japan, Narita will do just as well as any other airport.
The most obvious advantage of this hotel is its location. Everyone who stays there only does so to get to the airport quickly the next morning. The shuttle service to Narita Airport works perfectly. The room had three quite large and comfortable beds - however, it was already quite full (but not unusual for Japan). The good pillows are particularly positive. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet was very varied (the croissants really great!) and well organised. The management of the suitcases sent there in advance worked perfectly.
The best thing about this hotel was that is was located near Narita Airport. The 2nd best thing was the price. The lobby is very elegant and there was a convenience store there also. The room and property was very clean. The room size was actually very decent and not confining at all vs. the rooms in the city. The staff was great. Security was great- room key needed to access upper floors. Perfect place to stay if you do not want to hassle with the 1 hr + commute into the city when you arrive jet lagged.
I really liked this hotel. Spacious room with very comfortable bed, and a nice view. Super friendly, English speaking staff. Free shuttle bus from and to Narita airport. Nice calm surroundings; you can walk to the rice fields. And there are plenty of restaurants in the area, also Thai and Indian. You can also go to the spa (2 minutes walk from the hotel), which is nice. Note that in Japan, people with a tattoo are not allowed to enter the spa.
The size of the room is spacious enough for 3 paxs. The staffs are polite and helpful. It's within 5 mins walk from JR Narita station. We paid extra for the breakfast set which it's worth it. Typical Japanese breakfast with coffee and bread. It's clean and have daily housekeeping. Though the hotel is a bit old, but it clean and well maintained. Provide free shuttle to airport which is a bonus for us.
The room had been renovated and was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. There was everything you need for an overnight stay. The free shuttle bus was punctual both to and from the airport. The location is only convenient for Narita Airport but if you just need somewhere to sleep for one night after arriving at or before going to Narita Airport this hotel gives a solid performance as an airport hotel.
Location was perfect, it also provides a shuttle bus to all the terminals in Narita Airport. They don’t just give you a van as a shuttle, it’s a coach bus size so it’s legit, clean, and efficient. Hotel is located next to the stairs/elevator to the Keisei Station. After check-in, you go back up the escalator/stairs/elevator to go back to Narita San Omotesando or food and shops and city center.
Amazing location near the airport. Free shuttle bus to/from airport and Narita station. Fluent English speaking staff. Pool, sauna and bath which I didn't have time to use, but it's nice to know it's there.
Also I needed to change my booking to a new date and they were so gracious and supportive in assisting me with that. Very easy communication with the hotel.
The hotel was conveniently located about 20 mins from Narita airport, with a free shuttle bus from terminals one and two. The staff were very friendly and checkin went smoothly. The room was pretty spacious for Tokyo standards and very clean. Breakfast in the morning was also good! I will definitely stay here again next time I fly from Narita airport.
I stayed one night here because my flight was very early the day after. I have been really positively surprised about this hotel: staff ultra friendly, clean, cheap and a delicious breakfast.
Narita city is very easy to reach: take the free hotel shuttle to the airport then the train to Narita city (only 1 stop).
You can reach the hotel easily using the provided free shuttle service from Narita Int'l Airport. Check-in was easy with the helpful staff at the front desk. The room was spacious and clean and gave a nice view of the surrounding area.
There is a 24/7 Lawson konbini available on the ground floor.
Narita Airport Rest House is a great place to stay in after a late night flight arrival. The hotel offers you comfort and relaxation before going to your next destination. Free shuttle going to hotel and back to Narita Airport. Plus they have great breakfast buffet!
Practical accommodation near Narita Airport. We spent our last night in Tokyo in this hotel, and it was perfect as we had a morning flight to our next destination. It only took 10 minutes to reach Terminal 2. Large and comfortable room, overall good value.
The airport shuttle is very nice provided by the hotel, and it only took 15- 20 minutes from narita airport to the hotel and vice versa, and for the price you pay, the room are actually quite spacious, comfy and clean, I really enjoy my stay there
English speaking staff that were helpful throughout my stay. This is a good hotel to stay at if you have a flight out of Narita Airport the next day as it is close and you can also check out Narita City itself.
Easy access direct from Narita airport using hotel shuttle bus. Lovely room, restaurant wasn't open but convenience store in hotel had a great selection of hot and cold food for reasonable prices.
Dinner was a gourmet exploration of delicious dishes, breakfast was also a gourmet treat. The hotel's close proximity to the Narita Airport is an additional plus, taxi fare was 4800 yen.
This is my second time to stay this hotel. I like its location close to JR station, room is spacious and free shuttle bus to and from Narita airport.
I will come again next time
I think it is the best hotel to stay in Narita with a cheap rate. Their decorations were so nice. I loved it for their facilities specially cleaning and airport pick & drop.
