The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed in the area for a friend's wedding and as a result, were in and out at all sorts of times with weird schedules. The staff we always incredibly friendly and helpful in everything from where to get local money, to taxis and room service and food out of normal hours. The room service was really good and the people were helpful on our last day of check out. The room was kept very clean whenever we were out and the flowers in the reception and views from top floors were fabulous.

Starting from front desk receptionist Najwa, with welcoming nice smile and explanations, and proposal to take away our breakfast very early morning, as we left hotel at 5:45 am.
