Everything mostly fine (except as below), the overnight reception-girl was exceptionally helpful with my safe (from which, it turned out, the batteries had been stolen).

Lund is a charming city in southern Sweden. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful botanic garden. Lund has walkable city center and a friendly student atmosphere. Lund is a great place for students looking for a vibrant and historic city or tourists wanting a beautiful and safe base to explore the region.

Lund was basically a college town, and very old college town. Lund University was established in 1666, one of the oldest and most prestigious Universities in Nordic Europe. Lund is a very cozy town, with three Systembolaget (only place we can buy wines).
The headquarters building of the university was gorgeously beautiful. The Faculty of Sociology of Law (independent from the Faculty of Law) accpets ca. 400 students every year. One of the must-visit places is the Lunds Domkyrka (Cathedral), which was build in 1145. Every place is within walking distance from the Central Station.
Lund is about 40 minute-train-ride from the Copenhagen Airport and 10 minute-ride from Malmo. Malmo is also one of the cozy town you must visit and enjoy (a little larger and more modernaized than Lund).

Lund is a pretty medieval city with a lot of history.
Lund is a pretty medieval city with a lot of history. I was inly there for less than a day, so bot a lot of detail, but:
- the domkyrka is worth seeing (special mention of the crypt and the astronomical clock)
- Kulturen is very well presented - it's a sgame i didn't gave time to see the outdoor part
- the botanical garden is very nice
- food-wise: I recommend Saluhallen and Broder Jakobs Bakery in Klostergatan, and I also enjoyed the salad i got from Waynes Coffee
I would not recommend visiting Lund on a Sunday afternoon, though- a lot of interesting places will be closed.
Lund is quite walkable and has good bike paths.

Nice cozy town to walk around, even in wintertime.
Nice cozy town to walk around, even in wintertime. In the spring, however, everything blooms, and it's even more charming. Visit Sankt Hans Backar for an overview of the city and don't miss the botanical gardens. When you get tired you can relax and enjoy Swedish fika in one of the many cafes or pastry shops.
Friendly staffs, nice people!
Really spacious appartement with balcony and quiet. Coffee machine (caps Dolce Gusto to buy at the market).
Delivery from market like 7/Eleven to the hotel possible. Food delivery (plenty of choices).
No soap in the bathroom.
Large Elevator.
15 min walk to the center city
Bus station (line 3) just downstairs the hotel. (4 min to center, 7 minutes to Central station).
Quiet location, but only a 5 minute walk into Lund shopping area, and 15 minute walk to train station. Small hotel, but rooms were tastefully decorated, quiet, and had all amenities, except for tea/coffee making facilities. Check in was by a code, which didn’t work for me first time, but fine after that. Overall would recommend for a quiet stay in Lund.
Room: very comfortable bed and sheet, probably my best stay in Sweden.
Hotel staff: very helpful, friendly and professional.
Location: very convenient about 5 min of walking from Lund C. and quite neighborhood which is good
Breakfast: servers from 8:00 every thing you could expected I have tasted a red juice I think it’s strawberry juice was very good.
This is a beautiful hotel with the charme of a true classical Grand Hotel. Beautiful building, furniture, decor in the rooms. Breakfast was absolutely excellent (although more kinds of cheese and other vegetarian options would have been even better), with fresh eggs, pancakes, waffles and the possibility to press your own fresh juice.
I loved spending a night at Magles Smiley Inn. Self check-in was effortless, the room and building were clean and boasted thoughtful touches. I especially appreciated the morning breakfast and conversations with fellow travelers and the host. You can't beat the price or the convenience of being centrally located in the heart of Lund.
Check-in went smooth. Staff helped us changing rooms as someone had been smoking in our allocated room.
Room was spacious, had a little kitchenette and watching machine and was very clean.
The centre of Lund could be easily reached. Also well located for the Øresund bridge between Denmark and Sweden.
Charming, cozy little hotel, with a particular ambience.
Great attention to details. Clean & eco-friendly.
Spacious rooms with fully equipped kitchenette. They even provided dishwasher tablets.
Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you!
Definitely worth a try if you plan to visit Lund.
Radisson Blu Hotel Lund is a short walk from the No 7 bus stop and a slightly further walk from the No 5 bus stop. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was generous and the bike rental was very easy to arrange and comfortable to use. We had a very enjoyable stay.
We love this hotel, stayed the first time for our wedding and ever since then, this our go-to hotel. It's so cozy! And the location is great!! Staff is extremely friendly and the breakfast is incredible. We love this hotel and this is our first choice when we're visiting Lund😊
It was a very basic room, but everything that was there was in good working order. But this is a hotel in Sweden, so there was art that straddled the line between chic and blasé and designer wooden knobs on the wall for hanging things (seriously). The shower was great.
The room was very clean and very large. There is still building going on but that was mentioned in the information and was not a problem at all. The breakfast was simple but tastefull and more than enough. We will definitely come back when travelling to Sweden.
A wonderful little hotel that was surprising quiet for being right on the street. A rock concert was happening in town and it was absolutely quiet in the hotel. well designed and organized room. Breakfast was a nice bonus!
Perfect little house in the center of Lund, 5 min to trains for Stockholm or Copenhagen, lovely and warm place in modern structure in a little house in an old Swedish garden. Come and see and you will love it.
It was inexpensive and we were even given complimentary breakfast and dinner, I had a fabulous time during my stay in Lund and this place exceeded expectations, the sauna in the room was very pleasant too.
Breakfast! Yum so good !!
Super comfortable bed! Great staff. I got a migraine while in Lund and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while that occurred.
