But what makes this hotel feel like home is the wonderfull staff who are friendly and never say no to any request.. Thank you to every staff member. I am not good with names.. however.. all of them are super nice and super friendly. Special friend to the gentelman who was working at the front desk Sunday 14 January.. I asked him if it is possible to have late check out Monday at 2:00 pm..he never blinked and said.. consider it done. We will choose this place again once we are back in Dubai🙏

It is an amazing Hotel with great staff and services. Very welcoming and helpful staff. The room and the facility were supper clean. Breakfast was great but I stayed for 30 days in the hotel so I wanted to have more and different variety maybe.

Really good service and the housekeeper Angel on the 10th floor was really nice friendly and always kept my room so neat and organized. He really deserves a raise. Plus the pool guard guy was awesome. Super great staff overall

This 4-star hotel in Dubai is a 5-minute drive from Mall of Emirates. Atana Hotel provides free parking and free WiFi. The rooms and suites are decorated in warm colors. We absolutely loved our stay at Atana Hotel. It's surprisingly very well located: near to the "Dubai Internet City" metro station, only few stops to get to most of the desired/touristic places of Dubaï. The personnel was very professional and helpful. At the Check-in, they accepted our request and gave us a very nice room with an amazing view. Special thanks to Mr, Amgad the duty manager for his excellent services. He was very kind, welcoming and always smiling. Keep up the good work, We undeniably 100% recommend this hotel !
