Staff are exceptionally kind and supportive. They are reachable and happy to provide any assistance around the clock. Another great aspect of the hotel is its pet-friendly policy. They provide all the necessary utensils and even litter boxes for cats, which was a huge relief for me as a pet owner. It's heartwarming to see a hotel that welcomes furry friends with open arms.Moreover, the hotel's location next to the Eaux-Vive commercial center and numerous cafes and restaurants is simply fantastic. It offers convenience and a variety of options right at your doorstep.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both professional and personal trips. With its wonderful staff, pet-friendly environment, and excellent location.

Affacciato sullo splendido Parc des Eaux-Vives e sul Lago Lemano, questo hotel a 4 stelle occupa una grande villa settecentesca restaurata e sorge a meno di 2 km dal Centro di Ginevra. Outstanding location, Outstanding Property, Outstanding People! For me this is easily the best place in Geneva from where you could explore everything you may wish to see, especially if you have family. The property is located inside this huge but serene park which is just lovely for adults and children alike, Then the bus stop in front of the property can connect you anywhere, also the Mouette access to cross the lake at your will is fantastic. The view of the lake and mountain was brilliant from the room, the restaurant and the Patio. But perhaps the most important aspect was the people there. The staff were amazingly helpful and I MUST have a special mention for the lady at the front desk (I think her name was Alice Hunolt), I cant describe how amazingly helpful, considerate, sincere and responsive she was all the time. Every time we went to her for something, she would be to the point, very polite and also looked out to help a bit more than we asked. People like her are the biggest asset and I also thank the other staff who helped and guided us when we sought something. All in all, it was an excellent stay and we do hope to return to this place when visiting Geneva again.

Completamente climatizzato, il Churchill è l'hotel più vicino alla Fontana del Lago di Ginevra, ed è ubicato nel quartiere principale dello shopping, nei pressi di vari ristoranti e banche. I have stayed at Hotel Churchill MANY times, and it is always a great experience.

La villa Le Cénacle è situata in un grande parco tranquillo nel quartiere Malagnou di Ginevra. Excellent staff. Couldn’t be nicer. Always helpful. Especially Ursa at the front desk.

Boasting garden views, HOCORAS Apartment offers accommodation with a balcony, around 1.4 km from Jet d'Eau. Everything was there that you need to have a good time during your holiday or business stay. It is ideally located within walking distance of the center. There is a restaurant on every corner of the street, but there is also a small supermarket directly below the apartment complex where wine and food can be purchased. I was warmly welcomed by the hostesses and everything was perfectly arranged upon arrival. Highly recommended!
