I need quiet room and staff helped me find a very quiet spot. like everything there and will definitely stay there again in the future.

I had such a nice room with a lovely bathtub and a view, great comfy bed and Asian bathroom aesthetics. They give you drinking water, shaving kit, toothbrushes, tissues and bathing kit. I also want to thank very much the Hotel Manager Lily Mei for her help and kindness. It was a pleasure to meet her and other personnel. Thank you for the tour around the hotel, it was an honour to stay at such a beautiful place with its history and philosophy. The price also was reasonable, and the stay totally worth it!

CHAO is awarded as the Best Urban Lifestyle Hotel by Condé Nast Traveler Gold List 2021. Room was very spacious, with everything needed. Hotel staff were very attentive. Very well decorated in both room and common areas. Hotel is gigantic but doesn't feel as if it was full of people - we never even shared a lift! Sanlitun is great for restaurants and shopping as well as easy to move around. Was a great stay!!

As part of Parkview Green FangCaoDi, the new iconic landmark of Beijing, Hotel Éclat occupies a prime location, steps away from Ritan Park and the embassies district. A more than wonderful hotel. The stay was comfortable. Everything was available in the room, from a massage chair and a spacious balcony with views. Also, the bathrooms are spacious and clean. The most important thing is that the bathroom chair has a bidet and a dryer, and it works electronically. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They work professionally, giving you a sense of luxury. They always accompany you when needed and when you leave for pickup. A taxi is something they count on, and upon departure they gave us a box of micron candy. Many thanks to all the hotel staff. I hope to visit again soon.
