This 4-star-superior hotel in Berlin's Neukölln district is part of a large convention and entertainment centre. It offers live shows, a spa, and a direct bus link to Schönefeld Airport. The staff were very nice and helpful, the location was great to get to from the airport. The foyer with the high ceiling and windowed roof was really nice. The room was spacious and clean. Overall great :)

This 3-star hotel with 24-hour reception is in the lively Neukölln district of Berlin, 100 metres from Rathaus Neukölln Underground Station. We loved the dryer rack in the bathroom. Good shower. Nice windows for fresh air. Radiators in the room were adjustable. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very good breakfast. Quiet location near a busy area.

The hotel was clean, we got a room upgrade, and our room was HUGE!!! We especially enjoyed the quietness in this hotel. We did not see many guest nor where the people that were laud, so this hotel is perfect if you want to enjoy the vibrance of Berlin, but also have a good night rest or enjoy a quiet evening.
