Staff goes above and beyond for guests, excellent service. Location is the best, in the heart of Salamanca next to the best restaurants and bars of Madrid. Walking distance from Gran Vía and Plaza Mayor, 1 block away from Serrano. Would definitely stay here on my next visits to Madrid. The room was spacious and very comfortable. 10/10

Relais & Châteaux Heritage Hotel offers 5-star accommodation in Madrid, next to Paseo de la Castellana. It is located on a 20th century listed building beautifully decorated with a belle-époque... The staff are incredibly helpful and obliging and well go out of there way to assist. Excellent restaurant with a very good breakfast. Near the upmarket shops.

TOTEM Madrid is located in the heart of Madrid, in the Salamanca neighborhood. It offers a cocktail bar and free WiFi. Room service is available. This was an incredible property. It felt like a 5* hotel. The beds were so comfortable, the hotel was beautiful, the location is unbeatable, the staff so courteous, good fitness facility. I didn’t want to leave, I certainly can’t wait to return.

Hotel Único Madrid, Small Luxury Hotels’s Ramon Freixa - restaurant has 2 Michelin Stars. Location is amazing, small hotel with beautiful garden where they serve breakfast. We didnt try the restaurant but its 2 Michellin stars, so it should be great. Nice rooms, bit to small but fully equiped. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Located in Madrid’s Las Ventas district, beside its famous bullring, Ibis Madrid Centro Las Ventas offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. Ventas Metro Station is 100 metres from the hotel. For us, the location was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Having a parking garage on site is always a plus.

Dormirdcine offers cinema-themed accommodation in Madrid’s elegant Salamanca district, 400 metres from Diego de León Metro Station. the room was great, always cleaned, the service was accommodating and very helpful

The elegant Hospes Puerta de Alcalá, a Member of Design Hotels is set next to Puerta de Alcalá, in Madrid’s Salamanca district. The staff made the experience. They helped us with booking reservations and various requests. The room was extremely comfortable and romantic. The location was quintessentially Madrid with all the fine dining and the huge park. This was a wonderful stay and I would re-book on a future visit to Madrid.

Located 200 metres from Madrid’s Recoletos Station, VP Jardín de Recoletos is a 5-minute walk from Retiro Park. It offers free Wi-Fi and spacious rooms with a kitchenette, seating area and terrace. Reception and lobby services great, Juan Carlos was super helpful.
