L'Crisol Vía Castellana est situé dans le quartier des affaires Chamartín de Madrid, sur l'avenue Paseo de la Castellana et à côté des typiques tours Kio. Near the train station and bus station. Also walkable to metro station. The rooms are a bit dated but clean enough. Check in was a bit of a problem. We checked in at 12:40pm. Was asked to come back at 2. It was ok cause we left our luggages and went for lunch. Then we came back 2:30 and waited for an hr still for the room to be cleaned. To make up for this, the hotel sent us complimentary pastries and an apology. 🙂
