The Santo Mauro, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Madrid is situated close to Madrid’s Paseo de la Castellana. Free WiFi is available in all areas. I loved the hotel’s luxurious design inside- out, and the staff’s support & kindness. The paper roll in the bathroom was of excellent quality with beautiful stitching! They accommodated us for an upgrade as the rooms were smaller than expected, which was very much welcoming! The room service people were truly kind & helpful in anyway they could, which said a lot about their hospitality🍓 The food was good but a bit salty and if you enjoy your meats well done, you’ll need to reinforce such as in Europe that it’s still medium rare from the inside. Otherwise, we loved our stay!

The breakfast was delicios with decent variation of products. Across street from metro station. Use tourist metro cards for metro to enjoy the rides in Madrid- aeroport fee included in tourist cards.
