Location is not the best, but it is a good one. Walking distance to the airport, and with the tram in 20 minutes in the city center. This is my second time and will come again. I highly recommend OKKO

Holiday Inn Express - Nice - Grand Arenas offers accommodation with a bar and private parking. Great hotel, exceeded my expectations! Maybe because it's very new. Room was perfect, spacious, comfortable, well equiped (with an iron, board, kettle); shower nice and spatious. Good lighting in the room and in the shower, which is quite rare.

Everything! Great location, easy to reach by tram, beautiful, modern and super comfortable. Outlets near the bed, so I could charge my devices, restaurant inside the hotel, with a super kind staff. The hotel provides a shuttle to the Airport, that has to be booked in advance, the night before. It was perfect, since I had more than one luggage to carry with me and the shuttle brought me at Terminal 2 at 4 am. I would have missed my flight if it wasn’t for that precious facility.

Hotel Villa Victorine is a family-run hotel located in Nice, just 2 km from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport and within 150 metres from the beach, The Promenade des Anglais and Ferber Park. The owner and manager was amazing. Such a good person, great energy, helpful and the garden with all the plants was a beautiful place to enjoy the breakfast spread priced reasonably. 5 minute walk to a beautiful public beach and 3 minute walk to the airport tram. Would stay again and highly recommend!

Nastanitev B&B HOTEL Nice Aéroport Arenas z odlično lego v okrožju Arenas (Nica) je 19 min hoje od znamenitosti Plaža Plage de la Lanterne, 1,7 km od znamenitosti Plaža Plage du Carras in 2 km od... Fantastic stay! Right next to the airport and train station. The beds are really comfortable and and the room is quiet. Staff are extremely friendly and accomodating. Check out is late which is also a bonus and you can leave your bags at the hotel after check out. Definitely recommend and would stay again.
