Excellent apartment. Modern and clean. It has everything that you need - very well equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed, smart TV, Air-Con, good WiFi working all through the apartment and special extra for me was balcony. This apartment is close to everything (beach, supermarkets, tram), so you can easily reach wherever you want in Nice. Anna is definetely a great host. Very welcoming and she let me stay few extra hours cause my flight back was delayed.

We had a wonderful staying at the Magnifique T2 neuf, in this charming flat. The hosts were super friendly and we got all informations with key handover in time.They were flexible with our arriving time too. The apartment is full equipped in the kitchen and in the bathroom as well. You can find everything for making meals in the kitchen, washing up,cleaning, washing your clothes. Special glad for the hairdryer with diffuser it is most essential thing for a person with curly hair like me. We could switching on the heating system on the flat for the chilli nights. The flat is located on a lovely street nearby the tram 2, from where be able to reach out the most visited attractions in Nice, and also there are the sea and the promenade for a 10-15 mins by walking. You can find a grocery shop and bakery as well not so far from the flat by walking, and you can admire so many nice building on this walk.

Carolina é muito simpática e deixou me logo a vontade. A casa é linda tal como nas fotos e a limpeza está excepcional. Tudo arrumado e limpo. Carolina deixou me fazer o check out mais tarde e houve a possibilidade de fazer o check in mais tarde com o pagamento de uma tarifa. A cozinha tinha tudo o que era preciso para refeições. A varanda é linda. O conforto era excecional. Voltarei certamente. Obrigada Carolina.
