The location is great. This hotel is in the Minatomirai area, which is where most attractions lie. You can walk to some beautiful parks, museums, shops and views of the bay very easily. There is a metro station right outside, and another JR line station is 10 minutes away on foot. A great supermarket, restaurants and coffee shops can also easily be found in the first floor of the building. Speaking of which, this hotel has simply stunning views. It doesn't really matter which direction your room is facing. At 47 stories high (at least), looking outside your room feels awe-inducing. If you're lucky, you will get a nice view to Mount Fuji as well! I believe this may be the second tallest building in Yokohama, and it definitely is top 30 in the entire country at 250 meters high. The staff is great, lounge is really classy and placed right in the middle of an actual observation deck (underrated though, so not crowded at all). Rooms are super spacious for Japanese standards, and of excellent build quality. Room cleaning is thorough and suited to your schedule, at least in my experience. Bed is super comfortable, and the desk is great for working a bit in your laptop if you need to edit photos or send emails.

Situated right in front of Yamashita Park and looking out to the Yokohama Bay, Hotel New Grand is a renowned classic hotel with nearly a century of first-class hospitality. We loved this hotel. Amazing staff, really helpful and kind. Incredible location, great view, very comfortable room.

The hotel was located within walking distance to the Cruise Terminal

Located next to Sakuragicho station, we were pleasantly surprised how quiet the room was with no discernible train noise. Check-in was easy with staff on hand to help. The room was comfortable and very clean in this newer hotel. The hotel is an excellent base from which to explore the local area or further afield using the excellent train network.

This appears to be a new hotel and the construction is very solid and soundproof.They have three panes of glass so you can’t hear outside noise and didn’t hear any other guest . Probably the best part of the room was the extremely comfortable mattress and pillows one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on . They have a nice reception area where you can get free coffee and tea and sit and relax. Overall the hotel is very modern and stylish The location is perfect in the centre of Yokohama walk south 15 minutes you are at the main shopping area walk north 15 minutes and you are in China town and only a ten minute walk to the harbour The cost is very reasonable would stay again

Situated in Yokohama, 1.8 km from Yokohama Marine Tower, APA Hotel & Resort Yokohama Bay Tower features a spa and wellness centre. It is just the place for vacations for the family, couples, or lone travelers. It gave you the option of a breakfast/dinner buffet with a large variety, or you could go to the other restaurants inside of the hotel. Either that or you could buy food at the convenience store located inside of the hotel. Plus, the spa of artificial thermal waters and massage relaxes your whole body. It's just the perfect hotel for vacations. Plus, the surroundings of the hotel gave you a lot of options, such as going for a walk at the bay, going to the fun park with rollercoasters, shopping, and more... in other words, this hotel is just in the right spot for all kinds of activities.
