The staff are amazing the hotel it's self is exceptional. Location was the best in lisbon. Rooms had all luxury ammenties from bathroom to coffee machine. Bed very comfortable

The 5-star 138 Liberdade Hotel has a décor with contemporary art pieces, along with vintage details. A beautiful boutique hotel in a central area! The staff was very genuine in their hospitality and they proved it several times through our stay. An exceptional experience indeed!

The 5-star Altis Avenida Hotel offers luxury accommodation in the heart of Lisbon city. It is within a 5-minute walk from the shopping triangle, Rua Augusta Street, Chiado and Liberdade Avenue. Altis Avenida is an amazing hotel to stay at in Lisbon. Located central to many places. The staff in the hotel is super attentive and is helpful with any suggestions you may need. It has a great rooftop for incredible morning and sunset views. Ricardo, Ines, Isabel, and Francisco were some of the incredible staff that made me feel at ease with any and every request. The housekeeping staff is great they even had a turn down routine where they refill the water, leave chocolates, close your shades and prepare the room for the night. The hotel is really clean and modern with big showers. I could not recommend this hotel enough and can’t wait to stay here again.

Located on a quiet street alongside Avenida da Liberdade, this 4-star hotel is stylized in genuine art déco and offers warmly decorated rooms with cork floors and free WiFi. The staff was some of the most friendly and forthcoming that I have ever encountered in a hotel. And I mean every single person working there. Most 5 Star hotels aren't this friendly or helpful. 11/10 for Service!!! Location is amazing too! A small walk from old town center, but directly behind Lisbon's main high-end shopping avenue. Room size and facilities and cleanliness were fantastic. Everything exceeded expectations. I really wonder why this hotel doesn't have 5+ stars....
