Extremely friendly staff, great rooms - everything is new. Free parking! Great HVAC, the room heats up quickly - not a given on the coast during the winter. Good curtains block out the light when needed. They don't offer breakfast, but have free tea/milk/hot chocolate/coffee at all hours, and a free croissant in the morning.

So clean and everything looked new. Smelled lovely. Bed very big and comfortable. Linen amazing. Shower huge and powerful. Loads of hot water. Owner communicated quickly and allowed us to store luggage early.

My 1 night stay in Sweet rooms was excellent. The room was fully equipped, super clean, comfortable, safe that is very important for the solo traveler. The location is near the old town and harbor that was quite comfortable to walk around for some hours in the evening after my arrival. The host Ana was amazing, very kind and helpful. I am kind of a picky traveler and can always find something that disappoints me, but Sweet rooms apartments are highly recommended for everyone who want to get a positive experience in Split.

- The room was very spacious, clean and looked recently renovated - Comfortable bed - Welcoming drinks, snacks and also plenty of extra hotel kits (shower gel, shampoos, shaving kit, etc) - Host gave us the restaurant recommendation for our best meal in Croatia. The room was extremely clean and stylish. Since Split is very hot during the summer, to be able to cool down in the AC equipped room was highly appreciated. A cup of coffee to be available is always a plus. The host was very helpful and flexible when she realized that we were arriving late to the apartment.
