Sophia’s B and B is a perfect place for an overnight stay on arrival to Rome airport or prior to a flight. Located in the town of Fiumicino, the room had everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is nicely decorated with a comfortable bed, reliable WiFi and great bathroom. The instructions for self check-in was clear and concise. Sophia provides an ample Italian breakfast in the morning between 7-10 AM. We were able to walk to a restaurant upon arrival which was helpful. My suggestion on transportation…just use the FCO taxi to and from the airport. It is easier than trying to take the infrequent bus service. The cost for us was 20 Euro each way.

Mauricio was very attentive and helpful! He gave us very good advices about transportation and places to eat! The apartment was super clean and it had everything we needed to make our short stay comfortable! My daughters and I felt very safe in the apartment and in the area! We just stay there 2 nights to catch up our flight back to USA. We paid only 3 euros for the 3 of us to get to the airport by bus, Mauricio recommend it and it worked out great! The airport is only 10 minutes away from the property, very convenient if you just looking to spend the night to catch up an early flight! We would definitely stay there again!

We booked last minute as our flight arrived late at night as it was delayed. We couldn't find a taxi and the owner wrote us and when we said we were looking for a taxi at the airport but there was no availability, she offered to pick us up. The shower was great and the bed super comfortable. We only stayed for one night as we had our connecting flight the next morning. We would for sure stay here again if we would need to sleep near Fiumicino airport. Highly recommended!

Accessibility was great, the amenities itself worth every penny, they take amazing care of everything to give you your own space & comfort within the room. Amazing host, they had prepared a little breakfast for free for my flight early on the morning. Grazie Mille 🫶🏽
