The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They organised taxi pick up and drop off at the airport and negotiated a good price. They met us at the property, helped with our luggage and offered us drinks and snacks on arrival. The house was secure, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was self-serve with plenty of options to choose from.

Everything is very good, the staff is very friendly, she will help you about everything. The room is very clean. The location is not far from the airport.

We arrived in the airport at spend 2 frustrating hours trying to find out how to get to the Guest House that is only 5 minutes from the airport. We couldn't find the bus, then waited 45 minutes in line for a taxi that refused to do the ride. Then got contacted by an unofficial taxi that wnted 40 euros to do the trip. I then called the host of the Guesthouse and 30 minutes later she picked us up. The Guesthouse has facilities to sit and eat you own meals, the room was big, clean and had a cosy garden. The service was excellent and lost of small restaurants, a farmacia and a supermakret close by. The host also dropped us off at the airport. We will really recommend this place and also plan to get back for more days the next time - the host is really wonderfull :-)

Mycket trevlig värd som hämtade och körde oss till flygplatsen. 15 euro för två en väg. Ca 7 minuter från flygplatsen. Fick en Italiensk frukost. Gott kaffe. Jag fick även glutenfria kex mm. Sover gärna där igen

It felt like a home away from home. We were treated like we were part of the family and our hosts couldn’t do enough to help us. As we were stranded without luggage they assisted by providing small personal items four our use plus transport to the shopping Centre. So kind and caring. On call as needed. The location was perfect -easy walk to lovely restaurants, cafe (bar) and supermarket. Also amazing Roman ruins 20 minutes walk away. Bus to beach and airport close by. A slice of the real Italy. Not touristy at all. We stayed here 2 nights due to flight home being reorganized but wished we’d had longer. Extremely clean and comfortable room with spacious shower and fast, soft hot water.

The pictures you see on booking and what you get are exactly the same - no bad surprises. The people who manage the guest house are warm, kind and hospitable. If I had an idea in my head of how good Italian people are, thats what they are. I would book here again.

It was perfect for an overnight when I missed my connection. It is relatively close to the Fumicino Airport, the host Marco was delightful and helpful for a weary traveller. The room was very comfortable and clean.
