I must say that Renascentia was the best accommodation experience I had while in Italy. The hosts were very helpful (recommended several restaurants to try) and the staff was friendly. The property is beautiful and very clean. The happy hour was a pleasant surprise and resulted in us spending more time at the accommodation than originally intended. Highly recommend to get an additional taste of Florence. It is also quite central.

The location is perfect. You can see everything by walking. Rooms are really modern ,new and clean. You can check in late without any issue. The staff is really friendly and always helpful to give tips on how to explore the city.

Everything was very beautiful: the location(with an amazing view of course), there was old tuscan interior design, the room(very clean and spacious and comfortable) people who work there, garden, breakfast. I liked a lot my experience at this place. Thank you!🥰

Location was AMAZING, rooms were very clean and furnitures are brand new. The spirit of the hotel is so nice. there is a small balcony for short coffee breaks. Stuff was very kind. What else I can say :)

The hostess Marie Adele was the most kind person we ever met and her services are above and beyond of our expectations!The room was the cleanest we ever stay and the most artistic, carefull and beautiful!The neighborhood where is the apartment, is very close to the center and to anywhere, also is very graphical and quiet.our last day Marie Adele allow us to stay as time as we need, without pressure and she was always calm and with a big smile! Follow her suggestions for food and drinks are the best!

The place is very new and very comfortable. Extremely worth for the price! I was also able to check in very late (23:00). One thing I really loved about the hotel was the high ceiling. It makes the room feel more spacious.
