The personnel is awesome. The service we received from all the staff could not be better. The brakefast is so good and you will always be offered mint tea no matter the time. The location is also nice.

we absolutely loved palais calipau!! this riad is a real gem inside the kasbah, the position is great: even if it's 15 minutes walking from jamaa el fne (main square), it's in a perfect position for grabbing a taxi (inside the medina it's kind of difficult) and, if you come back at night, it's a very safe neighborhood (we were 3 girls); the staff couldn't have been more nice, everyone is always kind and smiling and they helped us with our flight check-in stuff (remember to print your boarding pass!); the structure is amazing and very clean, we had a massage and chilling next to the pool is the only thing you want after a day inside the chaotic medina; moreover the breakfast is the best!! thank you again, we hope to come back soon!

It was a very nice property, quiet and comfortable. My husband and I really enjoyed the pool area in the evening and as there were few guests, we essentially got it for ourselves and it was great to cool off after a long day exploring the city. Samir was so helpful with getting us taxis for a very early flight back to Spain and overall, Samir was a great host. We had an amazing time and the riad was perfect.

We had a wonderful experience with Riad Mama Toutou during our stay in Marrakech. The host had shown their warm hospitality and brought us unforgettable memories of the riad. We had tasted super delicious tajine and couscous with the family and made friends with the helpful staff of the Riad as well. The rooms are well decorated, and the riad is close to everything. It's a very good location which is away from the busy streets yet close to the old medina. Will definitely come back for stay.

The riad is super ! The rooms are cosy, clean and there is an air conditioner to make is hotter or cold. The management and staff are great and very helpful. Maria and Fared made our stay fantastic, accommodating all our questions and needs. The location of the riad is around 10 mins walk from the main square. It is located in a quiet place where you can relax and enjoy some time away from the city noise. The property is accessible by car and taxi that can park right in front unlike many other riads located in the old town. Totally recommend.
