They were not only thorough with their communication before and during our stay, they were also immensely thoughtful by providing snacks, wine and toiletries one might have forgotten at home. The location was ideal for us, we’re able to walk to restaurants for dinner and breakfast, Universal Studios is only a 20 min car ride away. Winter Park was close and nice to check out as well.
