It is a lovely, spacious apartment and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable...breakfast staples (eggs, yogurt, bread, butter, cookies), tea/coffee, toiletries, even toothpaste and extra tooth brushes. There is a big TV with many English channels. Heating is available in the living and bedrooms. A nice small patio to sit outside. There is a laundry machine to use. Owners are right next door for any questions or concerns. We contacted them using WhatsApp. The town center is a bit of a walk from the apartment but nothing too arduous. Make sure you try a Bambalouni (Tunisian donut) in town! The apartment is right up the road from the train station when coming from Tunis, or going to explore Carthage Ruins. I highly recommend staying at Olivia Guesthouse.

My wife and I came here just after our wedding, not as a honeymoon but just to have a week of vacation after all the planning, organization, and stuff to do. It was the perfect place. Only 5 rooms, but each one has a particular character, the interiors, and the art they have is just amazing and completely within our tastes. We wanted to buy half the items on display there. The breakfast was just amazing. everything was fresh, and such a big choice. The staff was also so accommodating towards all our wishes, wether it was sleeping in a bit or helping with choices for restaurants and musea. We couldn't have wished for anything better and we will for sure come back when we visit Tunis again.

This little riad is just magical - stunningly beautiful and cozy, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the room was precious. I was awed by the beauty and comfort. The A/C worked great, which was crucial in +47C (110F( heat). The staff was very accommodating and plain sweet.

Garden pool - perfect for a swim in 40 degrees heat. Our bed on top 3rd floor was comfy and we had great views. Reception staff speaks excellent english (Farah was lovely) and you can pay by card in eur/gbp/usd (rare in Tunis). Hotel is a home to a doggy and 2 kittens, it felt very safe. I would recommend it to solo female travellers.

I found the hotel to be very beautiful, quite, and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the location is fantastic. Hopefully I can make it back for another stay.

Why are the croissants in Tunisia so much better than home?! The breakfast was good (it includes croissants!), the rooms was comfortable and the property was as beautiful as the photos. Our host, Hedi, was very helpful and accommodating.
