The location was great! It is walking distance to a nice beach and restaurants. We also really enjoyed the landscaping and the small fruit orchard. It was a very cozy place to be.

He offers services to drive you to town or to the airport as well and will show you where the beach is, plus the good restaurants in the area. Very quiet neighborhood close to the beach and to many wonderful little Greek restaurants.

Lovely talkative lady, that speaks well English (but also French and Italian due to her job as a language teacher. Location is very practical as its a 5 minutes taxi drive from Rafina port and the bus to the airport stops around the corner. Beaches are at the end of the street. She's got a bunch of cats and a cute puppy in her garden. Very friendly and welcoming experience.

Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Elena is cheerful and a great host. We had a car and were able to park outside the gate. Everything looks new and lots of closet space. There is a living room with sofa, fireplace, coffee table, making the place very homey. Elena also has board game and toys for little ones. Ironing board and iron are also available . Coffee and honey as well. There is also a large outdoor, covered furnished terrace.

Seemed to be equipped as if it was someone's private home. Manager very responsive even for last minute booking in the evening. Easily reachable using the public bus from the airport towards Rafina, it's a 3 minute walk from a bus stop along the way.
