Hello, I welcome you to my apartment located near the city center of Brest for short and medium stays. Close to bus and tram lines, you can reach the city center and the train station very easily. The accommodation is a three bedrooms, one of which I occupy, a large living room opening onto a furnished balcony (when the weather is nice), a fully equipped and functional kitchen, a beautiful entrance and a freshly renovated bathroom.
Furnished, very well equipped and completely renovated apartment of 93m2 located between Place de Strasbourg and Boulevard Montaigne. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (with elevator) of a newly renovated building. The environment is quiet and close to the city center (5 minutes from Rue Jean Jaurès), the tram and bus lines (14,15 & 19). Secure door & Intercom. The building has a bicycle storage room. Lots of free parking spaces are available which allow you to park without difficulty.
The 12 m2 room includes: - 1 Wardrobe / Storage - 1 double bed 140 cm (mattress, duvet, pillows, sheets provided) - 1 Desk - 1 Office chair – 1 TV unit and TV connected to Chromecast – 1 large mirror – 2 bedside tables and lamps – 2 rugs – blackout curtains… The apartment is fully equipped: 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 gas hob, 1 dishwasher, 1 fridge/freezer, 1 coffee maker, 1 toaster and everything you need for cooking and eating, living room with balcony , table, chairs, sofa, armchairs, TV (large flat screen), Switch, Internet, Netflix, Prime, Canal, Disney... vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, 1 washing machine + dryer, PS: smoking accepted (generally balcony or kitchen) / Pets to be discussed
