Magnificent new 1-bedroom apartment of 43m², large bay window, 1 bedroom and 1 sofa bed. Spacious and bright new 1-bedroom apartment of 43m² in Carnon Beach, 40m from a large fine sandy beach and 400m from the harbor. Residence with garden, quiet, consisting of 3 1-bedroom apartments and one Duplex with 5 bedrooms. All are air-conditioned. The building is dual aspect with sea views at the front and views of a landscaped garden and tennis courts at the back. The garden is shaded, fenced, quiet, and equipped with an electric barbecue. Access is exclusive for residents. Parking is private, covered, and secure. A spot is reserved for this apartment. The balcony is 5m² with composite glass balustrades, and its very large bay window makes the apartment bright and open to the outside. The equipment is new: Oven, Microwave, Fridge-Freezer, induction hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, vacuum cleaner. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people: adults or children. The bedroom consists of a 140X190 bed, a large wardrobe, a desk, and a chair. The living room includes a table to comfortably dine at for 4, a fitted kitchen, a TV, a coffee table, and a 140X190 sofa bed. Everything is new. Fiber is installed for teleworking under excellent conditions. Wi-Fi 6 is free. The location is ideal. All activities can be done on foot if you wish. Bakery, harbor, restaurants, bars, and other shops. The market is organized by the city hall twice a week and is 150m away. A very large number of sports activities are accessible on foot: Beach of course at 40m, Tennis (50m), Beach Volleyball and Children's Games, Sailing School, Rowing... The place is also perfect for exploring the Region. Montpellier city center, Sainte Marie de la Mer, Zoo, giant Aquarium, typical villages, Wine tasting, and other visits... Airport is 12 minutes away. New Montpellier Sud de France TGV station is 10 minutes away. Everything has been thought of for your holiday.

The street is peacefull. You can walk though to Restaurants and Bars located in a fantastic small harbour of Carnon Plage. You will find a delicious bakery and 2 grocery stores at less than 200m. You are still at 40m of a beautiful, large fin sand beach. This is really a unique location. A private and secured parking is welcoming your car that you can use to go shopping or explore the region.
